We specialize in hard to find parts that your BIG homecenter store no longer stocks...... Many of the repair parts we stock are original manufacturer parts. Our goal is to help you fix the items in your home, rather than spending extra money to replace it. In most cases, one little part, and your project is done and good as new. Parts Selection

Our site has full size photos of all of our parts and in-depth instruction to help you install it correctly. We can help you with the part selection; if you are not sure, just "Ask Lester" and he will help you look through the drawers to find exactly what you need. Good Old Lester can sometimes move a little slowly, but he will normally get back to you within 24 hours and let you know exactly the link you need. Lester will even go the extra mile, and check with his suppliers to help you get exactly what you need! Virtual, yet old-fashioned service is what we deliver! Price and Shipping

Every part we sell has your price and what the total shipping charge will be for the item. No games, you know the one where you have to put it into the cart to find out about the ridiculous shipping and handling charges. All of our parts have fair and reasonable shipping charges, not flat rate charges like many other websites. On many items, the shipping is more than the part, but if you can't find what you need, it's still cheaper then driving around for hours and not finding the part anywhere! If you are placing a large order for multiple parts Ask Lester for a shipping charge credit on your order.   All of our parts are guaranteed; if for some reason it's not the right part, you can return it for a full credit of the part price (however shipping charges are non-refundable an refunds can only be given for 60 day from purchase After 60 days a $5.00 check fee applies). Lester says, "Always remember merchandise like a tool and parts that have been installed like special finish trim is never returnable". We work hard to give you the tools you need to find the right part and your price is the same if you order 1 or if you buy 10 so return requests for more than 2 pieces will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. So order 1 or 2 to make sure it is the part you need! Check each page for the return classification. We ship from multiple locations and not all items will ship together, you may receive multiple shipments for one order of many parts. Your parts will ship FAST Monday through Friday. We will keep you updated on your shipments. Lester Says, "In many cases small order will be batch processed on Mondays and Thursdays.
